Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1994
321 R&R, LLC has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw, Sections 164-3C(2), 164-8, and 164-34B(3) to alter a pre-existing, nonconforming commercial structure, extending commercial use into an adjoining district and reducing parking spaces based upon special circumstances, and in the alternative, seeks a Variance. The property is located at 3 Nell Way, Orleans Map #46, Parcel #19.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the October 1, 2014 meeting.
